PLUGIN - IP FAVORITOS HUD

 After connecting this plugin, a message will automatically appear on the HUD saying to add the IP to favorites (same as the image above).

Cvars:

csr_ipfh_mode "2" // Mode 1 shows only when you are alive, and Mode 2 shows all the time.

Add this cvar in amxx.cfg to work properly or edit the sma and re-compile.
